I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Wesley and the UWIF Rummage Sale volunteers who offered recommendations before and during the rummage sale on school workbooks, supplies, and other items for Golden Hills School in Windhoek, Namibia.
I was able to ship a 20-pound box of supplies right after the rummage sale which arrived on July 14th and was delivered to the school by my contact, Valeria, in Windhoek.
The head schoolmaster was delighted beyond words with everything included! Especially the large-format alphabet sets, flash cards, school workbooks, pencils and more.
For this marginalized school, this box is more than just “school supplies”, it represents hope, opportunity and encouragement for all the students.
