Rev. Shijung Shim Delivers

Rev. Shijung Shim, Assistant to the Bishop of the California-Nevada Conference,  gifted us with wisdom in her message “The Mystery of the Trinity” on May 31.

Her scripture spoke of Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice his son Isaac based only on the strength of his faith alone that God would raise is son from the dead.  The trinity, three in one, is our human expression of God.  But God is far more than what we can express or understand.   “Perhaps the meaning of the trinity is we may never comprehend the depth of God’s love for us.
