• April 13: Palm Sunday Procession. The children did a palm procession at the start of service and also sang a song.
• April 20: Easter Egg Hunt. We had an Easter Egg Hunt in the garden of the Issei Memorial Building.

God’s Garden children, CAF and MYF youth put together little gifts for the women at Wesley. The children passed out treat bags and carnations to the women after service. There was no Sunday School as the teachers get Mother’s Day off from teaching.

We decided to change the Super Sprouts/Best Bud class back to preschool to 2nd grade and Giving Tree class to 3rd through 5th grade students.
For our curriculum this year, we are continuing with Cokesbury: Big Faith. The children and teachers are enjoying this curriculum.

Aug 17: Rally Sunday
We welcomed back all the children, youth and teachers.. Rev John blessed their backpacks and we distributed Bibles to our 3rd graders. This year we have five 3rd graders. After service, there was a Wesley Fellowship Lunch which Children and Youth Ministries hosted.

• Sept 7: Back-To-School BBQ Picnic
Held a BBQ picnic at Bramhall Park in Willow Glen for Children and Youth Ministries families. This year was smaller than in 2024 but it was still nice. A small, intimate group where everyone got a chance to catch up with each other.

Oct 26: Trick or Treating: the children did classroom trick or treating. They also wore their costumes to Sunday School
