日語ミニストリー Nichigo Ministry 11-20-2025
10年に亘って私たちを牧してくださった山本先生とご家族が2022年6月に日本に戻られて以来、ウェスレー教会日語フェローシップとして再出発した私たちですが、小さな力でも大切にしている事が三つあります。まず日語礼拝、次に聖書研究、そして信徒のフェローシップ。夫々に多くの方々の働きを得て、この2年半の間、ずっと続けることが出来ました。
今月の日語礼拝は11月23日（日）、午前10時から石田求先生の「戻りの旅」と題するメッセージで守ります。いつも新しい視点で私たちを考えさせてくださいます。是非ご出席ください。
そしてもうすぐクリスマス。今年もアドベント聖書研究を11月20日、12月4日、11日、18日の木曜日午後7時半からZoomで開催し、鈴木央子先生、コリンズ道子姉、塚本三枝子姉がリードしてくださいます。テキストはレントの時に続き、James Moore牧師の「What Do You Want For Christmas?」ですが、本を買う必要はありません。どなたの参加も歓迎ですので、Zoomの詳細などは塚本（mimune@tsukamoto.us）までご連絡ください。
ここでフェローシップも忘れてはなりません。今年の「賛美の集い」は12月13日（土）午前10時からチャペルで開きます。クリスマス讃美歌を歌い、昨年と同じく岡野健さん、薫さんの焼き鳥弁当で会食、そして一昨年に引き続いてジェフ・ゴードンさんのバクパイプのアンサンブルの生演奏を楽しみます。詳しくは隔週土曜日の日語ニュースレターでお知らせしますので、是非予定に入れておいてください。

After Pastor Yamamoto and his family returned to Japan in June 2022, we regrouped our ministry as the Wesley Church Japanese Fellowship. Though we are small in size, we treasure three elements in our church life: worship services in Japanese, Bible study, and fellowship. Thanks to the efforts of many people, we have been able to continue our ministry over the past two and a half years.
This month's Nichigo worship service will be held on Sunday, November 23rd, starting at 10:00 AM, featuring a message titled “The Journey Back” by Pastor Motomu Ishida. He always challenges us with fresh perspectives. We warmly invite you all to attend.
And Christmas is coming soon. This year's Advent Bible study will be held on Zoom on Thursdays; 11/20, 12/4, 12/11 and 12/18, starting at 7:30 p.m. It will be led by Pastor Hiroko Suzuki, Michiko Collins, and Mieko Tsukamoto. The text is Pastor James Moore's “What Do You Want For Christmas?”, but you do not need to purchase the book. Everyone is welcome to participate. We must not forget fellowship here. This year's “Praise Gathering” will be held in the chapel on Saturday, December 13, starting at 10:00 a.m. We will sing Christmas hymns, enjoy yakitori bento prepared by Ken and Kaori Okano, and listen to a live performance by Jeff Gordon's bagpipe ensemble, as we did the year before. Details will be announced in the biweekly Saturday Nichigo newsletter. Please be sure to mark your calendars today.
