PACT Luncheon coming Tuesday, Oct. 14

PACT (People Acting in Community Together) is holding their annual fundraising luncheon on Tuesday, October 14 from 11:00 to 1:00 at the Mexican Heritage Plaza in San Jose. PACT is an interfaith community organizing group that works through faith communities and other organizations to help affected communities to speak out for themselves to effect change locally and statewide. Key issues include immigration, housing, mental health, and police accountability. Wesley's Compassion and Missions committees are supporting PACT by sponsoring two tables of 10.
