Exciting News From the Wesley UWF
Our Wesley United Women in Faith (UWF) has managed to get another article published in the recent Sept./Oct., ResponseMagazine.
This is a national magazine for women in mission. The article highlighted the sewing that our UWF continues to do for the non-profit organization, Dress A Girl Around the World. Congratulations to our past and current sewers. All the dresses that have been sewn to date could not have been done without their help. For anyone interested, dress kits were passed out on Sunday, August 31rst. We are rolling into another sewing drive for the Fall. You can contact Terri Koike through the church office if you would like to participate in this sewing ministry or have questions. The dress kits are free for us, only the workforce is needed. Sew at your leisure at home! Turn in date for completed dresses is set for November 2nd, 2025.
